Jay was great! I'd never bought a car online before and was really nervous about buying without seeing and test driving the vehicle, but Jay was very attentive, answered all my questions right away, and sent lots of pictures. I confurred with my mechanic and he said I should ask about the undercarriage. Jay put the car up on a lift and took pictures. I showed the pics to my mechanic and he gave me the all-clear. I asked about an extra key after the car had been delivered and Jay contacted the original owner to get me that extra key. Jay was super responsive in so many ways and made the transaction as smooth as possible. I love my car and couldn't be happier with the service I got from Jay and Affinity Auto Sales!
